The domain mini-sota.com comes here   James Rivord | 4/21/2011

In an effort to combine MMPEAPSHA and SotaMINIs, the domain mini-sota.com is now pointing to this site.

SotaMINIs Moving here!   James Rivord | 5/19/2010

In May the board of SotaMINIs decided to move the domain here based primarily on concerns with privacy on Facebook. As we move forward, the club will adjust to the new site and try and make it home.

What you will find on this site   James Rivord | 9/5/2009
Representatives from the two clubs listed here came together to put on Mini Meet East Meets West 2009. As part of that event, we formed Minnesota United Minis to serve as the organization that would be used to run the event. After the event was done, we had time to look at the two clubs again.

I had known about the club starter kit that was available in the public domain. It seemed to have all the functionality that was needed for both clubs. Both clubs have problems with their existing web sites. SotaMINIs was plaged with problems and they were forced to move to a Facebook group. The MMPEAPPSHA web site had not been updated in many years and the person that had the site information was not part of the group any longer.

The existing club starter kit was written in VB and was plagued with many bugs. I converted the site to C# and fixed a bunch of bugs with the system. I then offered this site and the ability to host it to both clubs. As of the writing of this message, neither club has accepted the offer.
